Is there a website available that I can type in ingredients I have around the house and have recipes come up?!

Question: I would like to know if there is a website in which you can check off or type in a handful of ingredients I have around the house and it would come up with ingredients.

Like right now I have coconut milk, sweet potatoes and some random veggies - ideally this would be a website that I could check off some boxes with ingredients I have or something, and it'll bring up recipes that correspond.

Is there a website like this? Where?

I just answered this question a little bit ago, how funny. Here is the one I found:

http://www.grouprecipes.com/ingredients/

allrecipes.com

Starred because I'd kinda like to know as well.

www.kraft.com

www.foodnetwork.com

Also, I think campbells.com has it as well.

allrecipes.com search by ingredients

http://allrecipes.com/Search/Ingredients...
this is a great site

There should be if there is not. You might try this site.

Yeah what they said...lol allrecipes.com is the best. You can create an account and keep recipes in your "recipe box". The recipes are rated by users so you can get a good idea of whether you wanna try it or not.

try:

www.foodnetwork.com
www.copycatrecepies.com

good luck

you say how many apples you have or if you have eggs or milk or butter or bread etc...

www.recipematcher.com Read about it in my local paper about a week ago

www.khanakhazana.com / www.sanjeevkapoor.com / www.allrecipes.com / www.taraladalal.com are the sites mainly meant for vegetarians and vegans. About sweetpotatoes you can make the following recipe -

boil the sweetpotatoes in coocker with 2 whistles, take it out and put it cold water, pill out the bark, cut to 1/2" dices and keep it in the pan. - Boil the coconut milk and wait till one boil - add little sugar as the s.p. is also sweet - put s.p and allow one boil . Take it out in serving dish and garnish with almonds, kajunuts, pistachios, rasines

You will get the good dishes. Mention the items of ingredients and we will provide you the recipes.

www.cookingbynumbers.com

I saw it from someone who posted on here. You put in your ingredients and it tells you what you can make.
