Chocolate contains Vitamins A1, B1, B2, C, D and E as well as calcium, potassium, sodium and iron.

10% of iron is found in an ounce of baking chocolate or cocoa.

Also, milk chocolate bars are lowest in iron and European-style cocoa are the highest, when comparing equal weight portions.

Chocolate also packs in a lot of fat in it and so to get your daily RDI of iron only through chocolates is not recommended.
