Just label it as "Natural" Coconut Flan. I bet the first Coconut flan ever made was just like yours. Don't worry so much - it will be delicious!

I have never made one and don't know why you have to strain the coconut milk. I don't when I'm baking a cake with it. Maybe you could scoop the filling out and put it in the blender for a while, then put it back in the flan. It's bound to get smooth if you beat it enough.

just make a new while ur miom is sleeping

You know it probably still tastes good and now it has texture. Make a joke while your serving it about the "texture" and learn from your mistakes.

Unfortunately there's not way to save it, for it to be a flan, but you can cut it up into chunks and make a trifle with it by layering it up with cubes of cake, condensed milk and whipped cream, maybe drizzle a little malibu rum on the cake before cubing, and top with more fresh whipped cream and shredded coconut to mask the chunks. That's what I would do to save it!
PS you mean flan as in set custard pudding right?

make another one.

This is for school people you cannot drizzle cocnut rum on it!!!
