Help with making cookies?!


Question: i kow this is really sad but i can never get my chocolate chip cookies to come out right they are always too fluffy and never spread out, anyone got a real good recipe?

it isn't the dough, it is the way you prepare the cookie sheets.

roll the dough into a log on waxed paper. make it about 1.5 to 2 inches across. Slice and bake!!

slice the cookies about 1/2 inch thick. All the cookies will look the same.

When you spoon cookie batter on the sheets, you leave high humps in the dough. This makes for fluffier cookies. And they are all different sizes too, so storing them becomes a big problem.

I usually use the recipe that's the back of the hershey chocolate chip bags. They always turn out great.

Use the recipe on the Nestles Toll House chips. It is perfect.

try flating the dough a little more
a lot of cook books have good cookie recipeas
in them and if you don,t have one ask your mom i,msure she has one or a friend
