What can I do with left over Spaghetti?!
I was thinking of getting a small jar of ready made sauce and Ricotta cheese and just mix it all up in a bowl, bake it and then top with Mozerella and bake until cheese melts.
What do you think?
Answers: I have about 1 lb of left over spaghetti with the left over sauce all mixed in a tupperware container. I don't just want to heat up the spaghetti because there's not alot of sauce so it's kinda dry.

You idea sounds great. Also, you can look up some spaghetti bake recipes on www.allrecipes.com. I found a great one on there that included cream of mushroom and cream of chicken, surprisingly it was a HUGE hit @ my house!!
yea sounds good or add some chicken dipped into bread crumbs and make chicken parm
SPAGHETTI PIE
6 oz. spaghetti
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
2 well beaten eggs
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 sm. can tomato paste
While spaghetti is cooking, brown ground beef, onion, green pepper. Drain. Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano, garlic salt. Heat through. Drain spaghetti. Stir in butter, eggs and Parmesan cheese. Form spaghetti mixture into crust in deep pie plate. Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti crust.
Fill in with meat sauce. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over top. Bake until melted (about 3 to 5 minutes). Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
NOTE: I use leftover spaghetti and leftover meat sauce (omit tomatoes, oregano, garlic sauce). Will require longer baking time, if all ingredients are cold. Serves 6.
that sounds good just put some chicken so it can taste good
Make fried Spaghetti, put in all in a fryin pan and cook until crispy like. and you can make some garlic bread and make Spaghetti sandwiches... This works well with any of those sandwich makers or panini grills. I have done this on my George formen grill too.. they really are great and tasty..
If you don't have the sauce mixed with it.
make a salad out of it. use a little Balsamic vinegar and olive oil . Add some diced onion and diced red bell pepper.
Also add a few artichoke hearts.
That's what my Italian Grandmother did and its really good.
that sounds really good i usually shred some american cheese melt and mix in the micro but your sounds better spegetti pie yum
minus the ricotta cheese that is what i was going to say before reading everything... with ricotta sounds good! Go for it
next time save the spag separately in water, heat some boiling water and re-heat for pasta 60 seconds and heat sauce separately too. otherwise, ricotta needs at least an hour to bake... i have an awsome recipe if you want some helpful hints
I think your idea sounds wonderful - I say go for it, it should taste great. You might want to add some canned mushroom stems and pieces and both hot and sweet Italian sausage already cooked.

You got it, put some other stuff in there too! Good luck..
