I am a former chef and my sister has one, is the maker nad baking compartment is a 4"x8" deep it is a 1 pound the 1 1/2 is 5"X9", also remove it and filling to within one inch the of the top with water, measure that for a 1 pound you sound have 32 to 34 oz and larger 1 1/2 one will have 36 to 40 oz.

Black and Decker does like the one from Sunbeam site, have an archive of manuals, the front of your unit has a model number, just go to the site and under archived manuals it should be there, but Google the site, the one in the US and Canada will offer somewhat different ones, metric or US measure.

I am sure their instructions for their machine are available from their web site. That goes for just about anything. Just Google "Black and Decker" and find their corporate site, then look for the support page.

Have you tried going to the black & decker website? I lost the manual for my sunbeam bread maker and was able to download the manual from Sunbeam's website.

Good luck!!
