go to food network and look up chocolate truffles from barefoot contessa. AWESOME. TOO EASY to beleive.

Very easy and yummy...

One package of cream cheese
oreo cookies
One bag of chocolate chips

Put 3 out of four rows of the package of oreo cookies into a large ziplock bag and seal. Crush them up until you have a mixture of fine cookie and a few chunks. Set aside about half a cup of the crushed oreo. Cream the oreo with the cream cheese. Form balls out of this mixture and set on wax paper covered sheet. Place in fridge or freezer just until they are firm enough to handle.

Melt your chocolate over the stove. Roll each ball into chocolate and then into the remaining oreo. Place back in fridge until set.

I use white chocolate. They are delicious!
