Add mayo, you have a nice filling for sandwiches. Or buy some filo pastry and make some tarts or pies

I make a crab plate
I layer 8 oz cream cheese on a plate and spread out evenly
layer a jar of cocktail sauce (horseradish, ketchup and lemon juice)
then layer the crab meat
serve on crackers
it's always a hit

You'll need to disguise the flavor with alot of other things:

SEAFOOD CASSEROLE
1 c. fresh or frozen crab (or fake crab)
1 c. fresh or frozen little shrimp
1-1/2 c. cooked white rice
1 c. frozen peas
1 c. mayonnaise
5 TB. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 large gr. bell pepper, chopped
3 TB. Worchestershire sauce
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
salt & pepper
bread crumbs .... butter
Mix everything together, and sprinkle with bread crumbs & dot with lots of butter. Bake at 350 for 30 min. Serves 8

sautee surimi with tomato concasse, broccoli or asparagus, garlic clove
add cooked pasta and dinner is ready

Break it up and put it inside grilled cheese sandwiches. Feed it to the young or slow people you know, and they will think you went out of your way to make them this yummy treat.

Make a salad bar and use it as a topping, get a nice fresh loaf of french bread, pop open a bottle of wine, invite some of your friends over and have a fantastic time!

I often use it to add to other fish dishes, but it is quite nice in a salad with some Tartare sauce or as is.
It is also called a 'Seafood Extender'.

You could make a fish pie, add it to fried rice, or pasta.
