What should I make? (2 course meal)?!
Answers: I need to make a healthy 2 course meal for technology at school. We have 1 and a half hours to make both courses. Wer can make either a main course and a dessert, or a starter and main course. Any ideas?
Took about an hour, two people, over a camping stove and improvised utensils.
Chicken and Mango salad. You need lettuce, i dont know the name of the one i use, i call it spicy lettuce. But you can use Heirloom Lettuce. Well any except Iceberg. Mix that and mango (cut into squares) and grilled chicken (cut into pieces). Put some spring onion and cashews. The amount of it all depends on you. The more chicken the drier it will be, the more Mango the sweeter and wetter it will be.
Caramalized strawberry sauce on crepes. Tastes amazing. One cup of flour, wisk in one egg. Gradually put in a cup of milk, whiskin out all lumps. This will make a big mixture, around 8-12 crepes. Remember, crepes are thin. For the sauce. Put sugar into a pot, and a touch of water. Let that melt. Put in the strawberries (Heads cut of, and cut in half). You than need mint. Cook till the strawberries are soft, pour over the crepes and your done. Doesn't take long at all.
Hope you go well. Good luck.
