Is pregnant women can eat fresh vegetable salad with vinegar?!

on the contrary, the pregnant women have to eat fresh vegetable salad and fruits!

WOW I guess my kids are done in..cause I ate all the said food. They are just fine..have 5 grand kids now.. I can't believe any of this will hurt you!!! Go eat a carrot!

I think it only applies to things like sushi since seafood can cause problems for pregnant women.

From what I have read only 1 in 5000 eggs is infected with salmonella so you can let that be your guide. If this is a high risk pregnancy I sure wouldn't risk it tho'.

Anyways, no, it is only for meats and foods that are not safe without cooking. Use common sense in the case. What you ate was fine.

Ingredients
1/2 cup salad oil
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 cups broccoli flowerets
1 cucumber, peeled and coarsely chopped
2 tomatoes, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup coarsely chopped red onion
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
In a small bowl, combine oil, vinegar, salt and black pepper to make dressing.

Mix all vegetables and cheese in a salad bowl.

Pour dressing over, tossing to mix well.

Cover and chill 3 to 4 hrs., stirring occasionally
