10-15 minutes in boiling water and the i shut it off and let them sit in the water for a few minutes before i take them out
Usually 10 minutes is reccommended, however, one of my roommates several years ago had this really neat gadget, it was shaped like an egg and you put it in the water at the same time as the eggs. It changed color while you were boiling your eggs so you would know when they were raw, soft boiled or hard boiled. I had the best success with my eggs coming out perfectly when I used that gadget.
like 7 minutes
DON"T boil them. Place eggs in pan cover with cold water. Bring to a boil. Cover. Remove from heat. Set timer for 15 min. Drain and run cold water over eggs until cool. This way you usually don't end up with the green ring that sometimes forms.
you boil them 20 min. Then run cold water over them for 10 unless you like them hot.
10 minutes usually does the trick however it can vary and sometimes depends on your elevation
Put them on the stove and turn the timer to 10 minutes. After 10 minutes let them cool in the water a bit.
13 Minutes. Don't forget to put vinegar in the water. And u put the eggs in the water right away, NOT after its already boiling, Some people don't know that.
I cover the eggs with cold water and bring to a boil. Then I put the lid on the pan, turn the stove off, and let sit for 10 minutes. If you boil them, they'll be overcooked.
Put them into a pan of cold water and bring to the boil. From the moment it starts boiling , time 10 minutes.
Make sure that the water covers the eggs suffiently because the tops can stay soft if they are not fully submerged.AND REMEMBER THAT YOU CANNOT TOP UP THE WATER ONCE IT BOILS.For this reason also take care to use a slightly larger pot than you need.
