Most of an eggs nutrients is located in the yolk so having one whole egg wouldn't hurt. Eliminate the sugar from the tea, make sure the wheat bread contains fiber. A low fat cheese is also better than a full fat so look for that option. I don't know the brand of your tea, but some brands (especially flavored) are already loaded with sugar so if you need something sweet to drink try iced water or unsweetened iced tea with a squeeze of lemon juice.

Something I like to do is add wilted spinach and chopped tomato and onion to my scrambled eggs. Top this with a little low fat or skim mozzarella cheese, herbs, salt, and pepper. Yum!

sounds healthy to me:)...... actually TOO healthy! I like the taste of the egg yolks, and butter on the toast.....

It sounds healthy to me, the only thing that I would do is eliminate the sugar from the tea but then I don't like my tea sweetened.

SAC

sprinkle some pepper on that. LOL

Yuck, I would prefer Eggs, Toast, Sausage & bacon, Muffin or danish and a cup of coffee. That's a real breakfast.

Each body is different. It sounds healthy, but healthy to you may mean a complete different type of healthy to someone else.

its healthy you might want add 1 more veggie to make it more fillling

Sounds very healthy... you could have even used 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites, use low fat cheese, and make sure the bread is whole wheat and not just wheat, or else it's just like using white bread - the first ingredient has to be whole grain. I would use splenda instead of sugar, but since you only used 2 teaspoons it's ok.

Leave out the salt on the tomato substitute white pepper
salt can lead to hardening of the veins, arteries

drop the sugar, get the real flavour but if you have to sweeten use REAL honey

I'm interested to hear why you dont eat the yolks of the eggs

looks pretty good to me! sounds delicious to!

Sounds very healthy. Wish I had the willpower to eat like that -- I had a candy bar for breakfast.

Yeah that sounds like a really healthy meal.
