As long as you've cooked them for a sufficient amount of time, they should be right... You should cook them over a moderate heat - not high, so that they cook all the way through, but dont burn on the outsides. It depends how big you made them, if they are only small, the time it takes to cook them would be a lot faster than big ones.

some ppl fry their meatballs, but i've always baked them and found that to be much better, and always gotten complements on my turkeyballs......i would cut one open if it's done you'll know it won't have no pinkish tinge to it.....

Cook chicken until the juices are clear.

make sure it taste right by taking a little piece off.
