What can i make with instant oats?!
Baked Oatmeal
* 3 cups quick oats
* 1 cup brown sugar
* 1 TBS ground cinnamon
* 1 TBS baking powder
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 cup milk
* 2 eggs
* 1/2 cup melted butter
* 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
* 3/4 cup dried cranberries
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
2. In a large bowl, mix together oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Beat in milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir in dried cranberries. Spread into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs
* 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
* 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 3 cups quick-cooking oats
* 1 cup chopped walnuts
* 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; stir into the creamed mixture until just blended. Mix in the quick oats, walnuts, and chocolate chips. Drop by heaping spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
3. Bake for 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Answers: Oatmeal cookies or Baked Oatmeal. Baked oatmeal is fantastic for breakfast served with chopped nuts and dried fruit.

You can add some oats to bran muffin mix for a chewier muffin.
I use them in my meatloaf.
No bake cookies. Either the chocolate peanut butter kind (search on google or www.cooks.com) or this kind:
2 cups oats, 1/2 c. peanut butter, 1/2 cup raisens, 1/4 c maple syrup or honey, 1/4 cup protein powder or powdered milk, (optional, 1/2 cup choc chips). Form into balls and place into tupperwear in fridge til firm.
