You may not believe this but...........there is a place near me
that sells Jell-o Jigglers....with ALCOHOL in them......
Yep,they call them Jell-o Shots what do you think of that ?
I like the Tequila ones.
i just cut shapes out of them and then put whipped cream or cool whip on them and they rock
I used to just cut them in squares, and my daughter does that for my grandkids now... But I also have the Easter egg mold for them, that you can get through the jello website, and make those (they're the actual shape of a real egg)
um actually they are not designed to be eaten.you are supposed to put them on your face.its a great exploiater
hhaha i use easter eggs cookie cutters and t\hey are awsome!!
i luv them too. but u can go to about any store and find molds in any shapes
I make them in candy or jello molds for my kids and nieces and nephews. I think blocks are to boring (and reminded me of the lime, lemon, and orange jello blocks the school used to serve, gag!) but as a kid, my mom bought us all the molds and we used to play with them until they started melting, then gobble them up!
JELL-O JIGGLER'S
2 lg. boxes Jell-O gelatin
2 1/2 c. boiling water
1 (9x13") metal pan
Stir boiling water into gelatin. Dissolve completely. No small beads of gelatin should remain. Do not add cold water.
Pour mixture into pan. Chill at least 3 hours. Jiggler's will be firm after 1 hour, but may be difficult to remove from pan. Cut jiggler's into fun shapes. Recipe may be halved, use 8 or 9 inch pan.
Dip bottom of pan in warm water for 15 seconds so jiggler's will come out of pan easily.
Cut desired shapes with jiggler's cutters or cookie cutters. Be sure to cut all the way through gelatin.
Lift jiggler's from pan using index finger or metal spatula. If jiggler's stick, dip pan again in warm water for a few seconds.
Note: 2 1/2 cups of boiling apple juice may be substituted for boiling water.
