Do you cook Cornish Hens?!

Question: Bake at 375 for about 40 minutes. Especially tasty when you season them with Cavender's Greek Seasoning. They are very tasty and cheap. You can also cut them right down the center (lengthwise) and cook them on their sides. Cut them so that each piece has a drumstick...... Cut the baking time down when you do it this way.

Yes I have some in the freezer now
I stuff them and bake like a chicken

All the time!

Yes just like you would a chicken.

yes, mostly at holidays because you don't have a lot left over

sure, you don't eat them raw. They are just baby chickens.

Of course silly!! The best way is to split them in half (butterfly). Then marinate them in italian dressing for about 6 hours and then put them on the grill. Breast side down first then flip. The timing is up to you because I usually test the meat my pushing on it and watching for juices to run clear.

Stuff them with your favorite stuffing and bake them - they are great!
