I'm Hungry! Any ideas?!

Question: I'm quite hungry, but alas... I don't know what to eat! Please help! I can cook if needed. It doesn't need to be a meal, maybe a simple snack or something.

quesadilla ...... slap some cheese between 2 tortillas, and microwave for 20 sec.

cheese is a good snack.

How about popcorn, hotdog, burger, fries, crackers w/ dressing, smoothie, slushy, etc.........

It's always a good time for mac and cheese.

Chili and hot dogs..that's what I am having

Grilled tuna, egg, or pbj sandwhich.
Or grilled cheese quesodilla. :)

Grilled cheese sandwich with sliced tomatoes. Butter up the bread on both sides, I prefer wheat, put good cheddar cheese on both sides. Cut two slices of a firm ripe tomato, leave on plate. Toast both sides of bread. Smoosh together, cut diagonally and voila! Eat the tomato slices as a side.

depends what you have in your fridge

i've got a recipe for mini pizzas

1. you get a tortilla wrap
2. smear on tomato paste
3.grated cheese on top
4. put in oven for 7 minutes at 180 degrees

voila got yourself some delicious pizza

Mixed Green Salad with Sherry Vinaigrette

1/3 cup sherry vinegar
1 large clove garlic
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt, plus more for seasoning
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, plus more for seasoning
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 (4.5-ounce) bag mixed baby greens, rinsed and spun dried
1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives, halved
2 ounces feta cheese, coarsely crumbled

Blend the vinegar, garlic, oregano, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper in a blender until the garlic is finely chopped. With the blender running, slowly blend in the oil.

Toss the baby greens, bell pepper, olives, and cheese with enough vinaigrette to coat. Season the salad, to taste, with more salt and black pepper, and serve.

1 stick plus 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
4 ounces semisweet chocolate, with 60 percent cocoa solids
2 eggs
3/4 cup superfine sugar
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Special equipment: 4 (2/3 to 1-cup capacity) ramekins

Place a baking sheet in the oven and preheat to 400 degrees F.
Butter the ramekins with 1 tablespoon butter.

Either in a microwave or in a bowl suspended over a pan over simmering water, melt the dark chocolate and 1 stick butter, then set aside to cool a little.

In another bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar and flour with a hand whisk and beat in the cooled butter and chocolate mixture. Divide the mixture between the 4 buttered ramekins. Bake for about 20 minutes, by which time the tops will be cooked and cracked and the chocolate gooey underneath.

Place each ramekin on a small plate with a teaspoon and serve. Make sure to warn people that these desserts will be HOT!
