Need ideas for chicken?!
Answers: It's unfortunate but true, the taste of chicken has died around my house, we love it but are plum out of ideas and we don't want to spend forever making it, we like the cambels soup dishes, we've done teriake to death, shaken bake just ain't cutten it, fried rice is leaving us hoo hum so if you've got something tastey, fast, and friendly I would love your advice!!! Thanks!!!
Lemon Pepper seasoning is always a favorite around my House. Also marinate it is Italian dressing and then grill it is a great way to do it.

if you want something simple
just some steamed vegies, roasted potato or pumkin
and with the chicken, marinate it in a bit of oil, salt&pepper and rosemary and leave it to cook in the oven.
You'll know it's done when the outside is nice and crispy.
It's a real hit at our home, but for something really very simple, this is the way to go!

Here's a super easy chicken recipe that's very tasty.
Use a cookie sheet and line it with aluminum foil.
I use boneless skinless chicken breasts, but you could use what you like.....
-Trim off any extra fat and arrange on the sheet.
-Rub both sides with some freshly ground black pepper.
-Rub both sides with garlic salt....as much or as little as your taste requires.
-Dab a little soft butter on top of all the pieces, this will sear the chicken as it cooks and will keep it juicy.
-Bake @ 350 for 45-50 min or until golden brown.
With this, I serve angel hair pasta tossed with garlic sauce.
cook chicken with a pack of taco seasoning
cook rice
take chicken off bone and shred, mix with rice add salsa, sour cream and cheese stir together, serve!
my family loves it
1-Season chicken thighs w/garlic powder, paprika (sweet) salt & pepper bake, slice. Great w/ salads and pasta.
2-In pot place 1/4 c. water, garlic, chicken broth(powder),curry powder (1tbsp) washed red potatoes cut in fourths, slices of chicken (breast or thighs) cover pot, let it cook (about 20-25 min) Serve over rice.
enjoy.
Something i like to do with chicken fillets is to cut them almost all the way through long ways and add some cooked bacon, cheese, pepper and some herbs then serve with sald. Then roll it up like a like a sponge roll and cook in the oven. However, you could use it in stir fry or lasagne with some grilled eggplant and sundried tomato. try putting it into salad and making warm chicken salad. Maybe you could make a chicken mornay and enjoy that its fast and easy to make and tastes great also. Roast it with herbs and roasted veg. You could always turn to pre made chicken like kievs or something of the sort. Side dishes for chiken are endless also roast veg, rissotto, some of those quick 5 minute pastas from continental such as carbonara or alfredo pasta are great with chicken.
Hope this helps. Bon Apetit.
1.put some boneless chicken breasts in the crock-pot with some type of spaghetti sauce and leave them cook all day leaving the flavor soak in. make some spaghetti noodles when ya get home and put the chicken on the noodles and and some sliced provolone or mozzarella depending on taste for a fairly quick and easy chicken Parmesan..
2 pour a bottle (or more depending on size of family) of wishbone (my preference) Italian dressing in the crock-pot put chicken in it and leave the dressing flavor cook in. make some tater tots and use some of the dressing to drizzle over the tater tots for a new flavor.
3 make a box of stove top stuffing and cut the chicken up mix it in and make some gravy, mix it all together and bake as a casserole for like15 minutes covered with foil
4 make a box of stove top stuffing, boil the chicken (then cut into small pieces) mix stuffing, chicken and 1 cup mayo mix well. boil a box of small shell or manicotti type noodles, stuff the shells and bake in gravy for about a half hour basting them every ten minutes if gravy doesn't cover all the way to keep the shells from getting too hard..
