Fresh? cookies....cupcakes...bro... help me!?!

Question: I am having a party on Saturday, and I am making cupcakes, cookies, and brownies. I want to cook them all on Saturday, so that they are fresh for the party. Would it take away the freshness if I make the batter on Friday, and then just cook it on Saturday? I don't think I'll have very much time on Saturday to mix the batter and everything. Ok, any help is great appricated, I need to know soon, so help do help!

No, the freshness of the batter will not be effective if it is made a head of time. I would even say that you make your cookies batter and shape the cookies so all you have to do is put them on a pan and in the oven.

no it doesn't ruin the freshness of it.
