Cooking with spumante vs. champagne?!
The recipe calls for dry champagne (cooking pork), but all I could find was spumante!.
Will this work or do I need to drive further to get champagne!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

actually pork could handle the sweetness of the spumante!. If the rest of the recipe has a sweet edge like many pork glazes do, then it might work!.
Otherwise don't worry about the bubbles and go with a light, crisp dry white wine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
