I was thinking grilled salmon with lemon butter, or something like that (that's what I usually do, anyway)!.

Ok, you've probably already cooked your salmon, but maybe next time do this!.

Take about a cup of your white wine and marinate your salmon with it!. To make your marinade:

1C!. White Wine, Wine you will drink not cooking wine
3-4 Tbsp Soy Sauce
3-4 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1-2 tsp!. grated fresh ginger
2-3 cloves grated garlic

Marinate for atleast an hour
The fresh ginger makes all the difference, powdered ginger just isn't the same!.
Place the salmon on foil and put on your grill
We like to serve our salmon with grilled asparagus with homemade garlic aoili (sp!?)Www@FoodAQ@Com

1!. Place sheet of foil on flat surface
2!. Place salmon in center
3!. Cut thin slices of lemon, place on top of salmon
4!. Do likewise with butter
5!. Add any of the following: feta, garlic, bell pepper, onion, green chili, pineapple, tomato, asiago, tomato, capers, asparagus, leeks, artichoke, bleu cheese, soy, craked pepper!.
6!. fold foil over salmon

I have seen people marinate their salmon in Maple Syrup, the real Maple Syrup and then grilling it!. It was the best salmon i've ever had!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You know what works absolutely fabulous with me!.!.!.

Chop up your onion and some tomato, in a bowl add about 1/2 cup of olive oil, and equal parts of lemon juice, lime juice and orange juice (pretty much any citrus juice will work)!.!.!. add your tomato and onion and a few pinch-fuls of basil, and some garlic to the bowl!. Mix ingredients together!.

Let the marinade sit in the fridge for about 30 min!. Then on a baking sheet, lay your salmon skin side down, salt and pepper your salmon!. Spoon the mixture on top of the salmon and bake at 350 for about 30-45 minutes!.

It comes out incredibly delicious and works for almost any fish! You will be amazed at the flavor!.!.!. Enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Let the butter soften, add some lemon zest, a teaspoon or so of the juice, a teaspoon of minced garlic rub that mixture on the salmon fillet and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste!. Bake in a hot oven, about 400 for 10 minutes or so, depending on the thickness of the salmon or grill!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Mix all your ingredients!.
Place fish onto baking foil, put mixture on top!.

* 1 fresh king salmon fillet, cooked and flaked
* 1/2 lemon, squeeze onto salmon flakes
* 2 eggs, beaten
* 1 package of French onion dip ( I used simply organic)
* 2 tbsp chopped chives


Directions

1!. Place flaked salmon in a medium bowl, mix in other ingredients!.
2!. Have a cookie sheet ready with parchment paper placed on top!.
3!. Form your mixture into salmon patties and place onto sheet, you could if you like first coat with panko flakes which are a Japanese bread crumb or any style bread crumb is fine!.
4!. Freeze for about 35 minutes!.
5!. In large skillet place just enough olive oil to cover bottom of pan, and then place 4 salmon patties in pan four at a time, cook 3-4 minutes per side!.
6!. I served with a side Quinoa salad which I will post, along with a good ranch and organic grape tomatoes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
