If making cookies?!

Question: If making cookies!?
you were to replace the white sugar with brown sugar, how much brown sugar is equivalent to an amount of white sugar!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
In quick breads, cookies, and some cakes (such as an applesauce cake), brown sugar can usually be substituted for granulated!. Use 1 cup of lightly packed brown sugar to replace 1 cup of granulated!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

just weigh it and make sure its the same weight

eg!.

if you have 10g of white sugar do 10g of brown sugarWww@FoodAQ@Com

Whatever the required amount is I would half that with the brown sugar!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'd say you should probably just try a few different alternatives to the recipe!. Everyone's taste is different and I'm pretty sure brown sugar would give the cookies a different flavour, so do a few variations and choose which one you like best!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

u can put teh same amount!. brown sugar its not sweeter but has just like a vanillish flavor!.
so go with the same proportionsWww@FoodAQ@Com
