Is Beluga Caviar a suitable substitute to serve if King Prawns are off the menu ??!

Question: Is Beluga Caviar a suitable substitute to serve if King Prawns are off the menu !?!?
Answers:
No I would say lobsters or langoustines are better alternatives!. Only serve Beluga if you cannot get hold of Sevruga or Ossetra caviar!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Not in any way shape or form!. Your food cost is going to go to hell!. Find something with a similar cost or taste!. Caviar is EXPENSIVE and should be a static item, not a special!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Beluga Caviar!? I doubt you'll find that when stuck for good in SpainWww@FoodAQ@Com
