You shouldn't be washing your chicken before cooking it!.
The bacteria on meats and poultry will splatter all over your sink area and counter!. It's best to just cook it the way it comes!.
The blood will cook along with the meat and it won't look like blood when it's done, it'll just look like chicken broth;juice!.

why are you ripping apart chicken to get to the blood!? basically this is what i normally do and what ive seen!.!.!.soak chicken in cold water and cold water only, and use your fingers to scrub the outside skin, the oils and such!.
you can then bake it or fry it or however you do it!.!.!.this is how the blood seeps out of the chicken, it cooks its way out and thats how all the chicken cooks without you having to pull the chicken apart to get to the blood!.
all you need to do is wash the outside like i said, you scrubbing the chicken on the inside just to get to the blood doesnt make sense since you cook it IN ORDER to get the blood out!Www@FoodAQ@Com
