How do you remove cheesecake from a ramakin?!

Question: How do you remove cheesecake from a ramakin!?
I have made individual cheesecakes (no bake) that are now chilling in the fridge overnight!. Tomorrow when I want to remove them from the moulds (bottomless moulds) how do I do it so that the shape stays smooth!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
use a blow torch if you have one or if not a hot wet(damp) cloth around the edge of the moulds to loosen the cheesecake slightly and then should just push out, also i use a tin can to rest the base on and pull the ring part of the mould down, hope this helpsWww@FoodAQ@Com

I've never made cheesecake in anything except springform pans!.!.!.or muffin tins (with cupcake papers) for individual ones!. You're going to have a problem turning the ramekins over to get them out! But maybe if you run a knife around the edge and jiggle them, you might be able to slide a spatula under them and lift them out!. Next time, use a muffin tin, lined with cupcake papers, and just put a vanilla wafer in the bottom for the crust:)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Bottomless molds!? I know with regular molds, you can put the ramekins in a baking pan and fill with hot water to just below the rim of the ramekins!. Give them about 10 minutes!. With bottomless molds, you might try a warm, damp towel on the sides OR you might nuke them in the microwave for a few seconds!. That should heat up the mold sufficiently to allow the cheesecake to slide right out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
