this is what I use:

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 lg!. egg

mix well drop by teaspoons onto baking sheet, press with a fork to make criss cross pattern!.

bake @ 350 for 9 minutes

1 and 1/4 flour
1tsp vanilla extract
1/4c brown sugar
1/4c white sugar
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 stick of butter soften
2 table spoons of milk!.

3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 cups peanut butter chips
1 cup peanut butter

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)!. Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper!.
Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl!.
In a large bowl, beat butter, peanut butter, and vanilla with an electric mixer until well blended!. Beat in both sugars!. Scrape down the sides of the bowl!. Stir in half of the dry ingredients into the mixture!. Add eggs one at a time, blending well after each addition!. Mix in remaining ingredients!. Stir in peanut butter chips!.
For each cookie, roll 1 heaping tablespoon full of dough into 1 3/4 inch diameter ball!. Arrange balls 2 1/2 inches apart on prepared baking sheets!. Using the back of fork, flatten dough balls and form a crosshatch on tops!.
Bake cookies until dry on top, about 15 minutes!.
Cool cookies on baking sheets for 5 minutes!. Using a spatula, transfer cookies to cooling racks to cool completely!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have a no bake peanut butter cookie recipe!. Melt 1 stick of butter in a large pan, with 2 cups sugar and 1/2 cup evaporated milk!. Let it come to a boil, and let boil for 1-2 full minutes!. Remove from heat and add 1 tsp vanilla and 1/2 cup peanut butter!. Thoroughly combine!. Add all at once 1 and 1/2 sleeves coarsley crushed saltines (yes, saltines) stir quickly and drop even quicker on waxed paper!. They taste just like peanut butter fudge when they set up!. No one will believe you when you tell them they are made with saltine crackers!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
