I would recommend oven cooking it, you;re less likeky to burn the outside and end up with the middle raw that way!. Put average sized chicken breasts in a 190C oven foir about 40-45 minutes and when you take them out cut into one to make sure it's all white and not pinkWww@FoodAQ@Com

Try marinading chicken fillets in say tandoori sauce!. Them shallow fry them in a pan till brown on each side!. This is a great meal and serve with assorted steamed vegetables or rice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you really do want to grill rather than use an indoor cooking method, try this:

1!. First, cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces - though not too small!.

2!. Marinate the pieces in whatever kind of manrinade you like best, for at least an hour or two, but longer if you can!. You can make your own or go with bottled - Regular Italian Dressing works very well if you don't have time to make your own!.

3!. Skewer the chicken!. If you use bamboo skewers rather than metal, remember to soak them in water first so they don't catch on fire on the grill! You can also skewer some veggies for grilling (yum!), but I would put them on seperate skewers because veggies cook really fast on the grill!

4!. Put the skewers on the Grill - The chicken will only take a few minutes!. If you, (like me, usually) are unsure if it's fully cooked, take a piece off and cut into it and check!. He'll never know!

I prefer to grill chicken on skewers because I think it's much easier!. You can cut all the pieces to about the same size so they cook at the same rate, and you can always pull off a piece to check for doneness!. (If you do this with a whole chicken breast, it's pretty obvious, but if it's already cut up, no one will ever know!) also, I find it's easier with small pieces to get the chicken done all the way through without burning the outside, since the the grill is so hot!.

Good luck and have fun tonight!Www@FoodAQ@Com
