Simple biscuits?!

Question: Simple biscuits!?
How do you make simple biscuits!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
My tried and tested recipe is as follows: This is gonna be tough because I just don't know the exact measurements, I eyeball it!.

Flour (1 cup - 1 1/2 cups)
Baking Powder (2 heaping teaspoons)
Cold Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup)
Pinch Salt
Sugar (around a 3/4 of a tablespoon)
Milk or buttermilk (I add slowly until the dough comes together)

Mix flour, Baking powder, salt and sugar, then cut in butter until it is the size of peas!. Slowly add milk until the batter comes together!. It should be pretty soft but not overly wet!.
Form into balls or rectangles and place side by side in a greased pan, brush with milk and bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes until golden brown!. You could also roll out the dough and cut out biscuits using a round cutter or a cup and place on a cookie sheet!.

That is my favorite recipe, I got it from my grandma

Try this one!.!.!.!.

Medium to large bowl!.
Preheat oven to 350!.
Dump in a bunch of Self Rising Flour (2-4 cups, depends on what you need)
A large spoonful of Crisco shortening
Using a fork, mash and mix this until there is no chunks of shortening left and it is a fine grainy texture!.
Pour in enough buttermilk (or regular milk) to make it a doughy consistency!.
Dump out on floured surface and fold it around until it feels a little like play doh!. The more you do this, the less fluffy they will be!.
Take a glass, flour the rim, and cut out biscuits!.
