How do I make thin pieces of hotcakes?!
Whenever I fry hotcakes, the hotcakes are thick and tough!. How do I make them thinner and lighter!?

Add eggs to milk and vanilla!. Add butter or margarine, cooled to this mixture; sugar and salt mixed with flour and baking powder!. Mix well, fry on hot skillet or griddle!. Makes very thin batter!. Serve with your favorite syrup!.
