Whats the best meal?!

Question: Whats the best meal!?
Whats the best meal for someone who hasn't had a proper meal for a couple of weeks!?
Been skint the last couple of weeks so have literally been living on toast an butter! Just been paid thankfully! What 1 meal can i make that'll provide me with a good balance of nutrients, protein, energy etc as my body needs them (i can feel it does, i've been weak and just started gettin a cold, always a sign my immune system has weakend)!. Need a good easy meal, something i can make every couple of weeks as the 'toast' thing is a common thing for 2 weeks of every month!. Ideas please!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Do you know what I'd do!?!? I would invest in a slow cooker / Crock pot!.
That way you can throw everything in and let it cook all day and it will keep you going for days!!!
My favourite meal though as be to Sunday Lunch!.
I put a leg of lamb in my slow cooker over night and in the morning threw in some veg to roast - potatoes, parsnips, onions and carrots!.
By 5pm it was cooked to perfection, i just had to add home made thick gravy!!!
The quickest wholesome meal i make is mince meat and potatoes in a giant Yorkshire pudding!.
Mince meat and anything else you fancy!! Veg etc!. Sometimes i just add gravy, other times i add brown sauce / branston pickle etc!. Really easy to do and really cheap to make!. Just boil and mash some potatoes and throw into pudding!!!
My family love it and it fills them up lovely!!
Hope I've helped, can't bear to think of people going hungry!.!.!.you wanna come for tea next time you broke lol!!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you have an Aldi's in your area, try them they are alot cheaper on prices!. Maybe, stock up on chicken broth, rice, and frozen veggies, lemon juice to make you a nice soup when you feel a cold coming on and to protecy your immune system!. Stock up on frozen spinach as well, that will give you loads of energy, is there a food pantry in your area, that could supplement some things!? God bless you, this will pass!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
