2lbs!. ground beef!.
1 package onion soup mix
3/4 cup ketchup
Mix it, fry it, done!
You can put other things in too!. This recipe is just the jumpin' off place!.
If you want, you could add a few fresh mushrooms
or diced green peppers, cubed cheese, or better yet, put a piece of cheese between two thin patties, and crimp them together good so the cheese stays in!. Use any combination of the above ingredients, or live it up, and throw 'em all in!
Can I come over for supper!? Ha! Ha! Ha!
I almost forgot! The dehydrated onions in the onion soup mix will soak up the moisture, so you shouldn't need a filler!. But if you think it looks a little too "soupy", just crush up some saltines or snack crackers, or add a little oatmeal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
