Answers:
no it's fine, just look for bugs when you pour it in a bowl, cornmeal is notorious for mealy bugs if not stored properlyWww@FoodAQ@Com

It will still be fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

That's only a month ago!. I've done that before, and am still alive!. I wouldn't keep it for another six months, though it probably would be okay then, too!. The lawyers make them put very conservative expiration dates on things (SERIOUSLY)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It should be just fine, there aren't any PHF (potentially hazardous foods) in it so you should be ok!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes i think they have to give expiration dates on everything!. a good way to modify it is to add a couple of diced roasted green chilis, if it is the small box about 1/2 can of cream style corn & about 2/3 cup of shreded colby/jack cheese to your mix & bake as usual it is goodWww@FoodAQ@Com

It should be good!.Open it and check for little black bugs in it!.I wouldn't think it would go bad so quickly!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No, it will be fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
