I need a recipe for boneless pork ribs.?!


Question: I need a recipe for boneless pork ribs!.!?
My daughter has food allergies and cannot eat tomato (or any variation of a tomato product), pitted fruits, pineapple, plums, apricots!. I am also allergic to tree nuts!. I will cook them in the crock pot, on the grill, or in the oven (I do not care about that part)!. Any help would be appreciated!.Www@FoodAQ@Com


Answers:
First, boil the ribs for about 1/2 hour, this gets rid of a lot of fat!. Next, place them in a covered casserole dish or crock pot with sauerkraut to cover until tender!. Enjoy!.

OVEN BARBECUE - BONELESS BEEF OR PORK
RIBS

2 lb!. beef or pork ribs - boneless

Brown slightly in pan!. Put in baking dish!.

BARBECUE SAUCE:

1 c!. chopped onions
1/3 c!. olive or peanut oil
1/2 c!. water
1/4 c!. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c!. lemon juice
3 tbsp!. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp!. prepared mustard
2 tsp!. salt
1/4 tsp!. pepper

Cook onions in oil in saucepan until tender but not brown!. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil!. Then simmer 15 minutes!. Pour over meat in dish and cover!.
Bake at 350°F degrees until meat is done!.

season each rib in McCormick BBQ seasoning and brown sugar!. Wrap each rib in plastic wrap then foil!. bake @375 degrees for 45 min!. remove them and let stand 5 min place them onto a hot grill and baste in your fav!. BBQ sauce untill camelized !. they will be ultra tender and sauceyWww@FoodAQ@Com

sprinkle the ribs with salt and pepper and put in the crock pot, then cover with Carolina BBQ sauce, cook for 4 more hours, serve with cole slaw and cornbread:

Carolina BBQ Sauce
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups prepared yellow mustard
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup cider vinegar
3/4 cup beer
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons butter, room temperature
1 1/2 teaspoons liquid smoke flavoring
1 teaspoon Louisiana-style hot sauce, or to taste


In a heavy non-reactive saucepan, stir together the mustard, brown sugar, vinegar, and beer!. Season with chili powder and black, white, and cayenne peppers!. Bring to a simmer over medium-low heat, and cook for about 20 minutes!. DO NOT BOIL, or you will scorch the sugar and peppers!.
Mix in the Worcestershire sauce, butter, and liquid smoke!. Simmer for another 15 to 20 minutes!. Taste, and season with hot sauce to your liking!. Pour into an airtight jar, and refrigerate for overnight to allow flavors to blend!. The vinegar taste may be a little strong until the sauce completely cooWww@FoodAQ@Com
