You could try chopping them into chunks and adding them into a salad, adding your favourite vegetables!. It would be a healthy option and wouldn't require you to reheat the already cooked meat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

chunk, and add to a pasta sauce!. serve with rigatoni or penne!. Add lots of chilli flakes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would make a frittata!. Saute your chicken sausage up with some onions, tomatoes, maybe a little garlic and any other veggies of your choice!. Then mix about a dozen eggs with some milk or cream and whisk them together and pour into round skillet with the sausage & veggies!. Sprinkle in some cheese of your choice and act like you are making an omelette!.!. sliding around the egg some!. When it is almost completely firm pop the whole skillet in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes at 350!. YUM!

Or even easier, mix the sausage up with some red beans and rice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sausage Hash

Sautee a chopped bell pepper (any color) and a whole chopped onion in some oil!. When they're cooked, add leftover sausage and a leftover baked potato, cubed!. A dash of italian seasoning and serve!Www@FoodAQ@Com
