1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Sage
1 Clove Garlic_chopped & crushed
1/4 Teaspoon Paprika

Ingredients:
1 egg -- beaten
1 pound ground pork
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
1/2 cup honey barbecue sauce
4 hamburger buns

Directions:

Combine egg, pork, bread crumbs, garlic salt and poultry seasoning; mix lightly!. Shape into 4 patties, each about 3/4 inch thick!. Grill or broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 14 to 16 minutes, turning once, or until no longer pink in center!. Serve patties on buns accompanied with barbecue sauce!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Grilled Caribbean Pork Burgers

INGREDIENTS:
1 pound ground pork, preferably lean
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lime zest
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon red pepper, crushed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Hamburger buns
PREPARATION:
Preheat grill for medium heat!. Combine pork, garlic, zest, thyme, salt, red pepper, and black pepper!. Shape into 4 patties, about 1 inch thick!. Place patties onto grill and cook for 9 minutes, turn, and cook for a remaining 9-10 minutes!.
About 3 minutes before patties are cooked, brush burger buns with olive oil and place on grill!. Toast lighlty and remove!. When patties are cooked, remove from grill and serve on buns with favorite condiments!.


Grilled Stuffed Pork Burgers

INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds ground pork, preferably lean
1 cup mushroom, sliced thinly
1/4 cup green onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
olive oil
hamburger buns
PREPARATION:
In a medium skillet add olive oil, mushrooms, green onion, and garlic!. Cook for 3 minutes, remove from heat and allow to cool!. In large bowl, combine ground pork, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper!.
Shape into 12-14, 1/2 inch patties!. Scoop mushroom mixture onto half of the patties, and cover with the remaining patties!. Seal edges well!. Preheat grill for medium heat!. Place patties on to grill and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side!. Remove from heat and serve with buns and favorite condiments!.


Pork Burger

1 pound ground pork, about 80% lean
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
Gently mix together ground pork and seasonings; shape into 4 burgers about 3/4-inch in thickness!. Place over moderately hot coals in a kettle-style grill, lower hood and grill for 5 minutes; turn and finish grilling 4 to 5 minutes more!. Serve immediately, on sandwich buns if desired!.

Eastern Burger: To Other Burger basic mix, add 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons dry sherry and 1 tablespoon grated ginger root!.

Veggie Burger: To Other Burger basic mix, add 3 drops hot pepper sauce, 1 grated carrot and 3 tablespoons chopped parsley!.

South of the Border Burger: To Other Burger basic mix, add 1/4 teaspoon each ground cumin, oregano, seasoned salt and crushed red chiles!.

Italian Burger: To Other Burger basic mix, add one crushed garlic clove, one teaspoon crushed fennel seed and 2 teaspoons each red wine and olive oil!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

THAT SHOULD BE ILLEGAL TO GRIND UP A TENDERLOIN!.

WHY NOT PORK BUTT!? A LOT CHEAPER CUT THAT WILL BE MORE FLAVORFUL AND JUICY THAN A TENDERLOIN!.
