A couple of times I cut my chicken into strips then stir-fried them until they were cooked all the way through!. Then I cut onions, tomatoes, green peppers, celery- and I think squash- and stir-fried that until the vegetables were just transparent!. I added the chicken back, along with garlic, oregano, tarragon, and chives, and served that over noodles!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

For something easy you can just use a little olive oil, cut up chicken strips, peppers, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, baby corn, and (whatever you guys like), fry it up!. Throw on a little steak sauce you have on hand!. You can use a pita shell or wrap!. Top it off with your favorite white cheese!. You could do some kind of salsa, humus, guacamole, chip thing on the side!. Some fresh fruit with sorbet for dessert and you have a great well rounded meal!. Oh, hey, if it's a weekend add a margarita too! Yummy!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

This is my absolute favorite recipie, but it's super fattening so I only make it once in a while but it's soooo good! In my house we call them "Chicken Puffs"!.!.!.

About 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 a container of regular cream cheese
1/2 a container of sour cream and chive cream
cheese
3/4 stick of butter
1 can of sliced mushrooms
2 pkg!. of crecent rolls (from the refridgerated
section of the grocery store)
salt
garlic powder

Cut your chicken breasts into bite size pieces and saute in a pan with some oil!. Add salt and garlic powder to taste!. Once the chicken gets some color, add the mushrooms and saute until chicken is done!.

Combine both types of cream cheese and butter in large bowl and soften in the microwave but be careful not to melt it!!.!.!.it only needs a few seconds so that you can mix them all together!.

Take out the crecent rolls and arange them in squares on a baking sheet!. You will be taking two of the triangle crecent rolls together to make a square and then just press your finger over the perforated line you would usually separate them at to make one square!.

Add the chicken and mushrooms to the cream cheese mixture and stir it all together!. Spoon the mixture into the center of the dough squares (about two teaspoons per square, be careful not to overstuff)!. Pull up the corners of the square and seal together at the top!. Press together all of the seams to seal shut!. You should not see any of the filling!.

Bake according to the directions on the crecent roll package!.

I usually make some kind of wild rice to serve with this, they go well together!. I also sometimes add sauted onions to this recepie, it is easy to play around with and add what you like, but this way is my favorite!. Good luck and enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com
