Manacotti--------Everyone who eats this recipie!.!.always say it's the best * (it's a bit of work, but sooo worth it)!~
1 box manacotti pasta shells(tube shape)
1 lb lean ground beef
1 med!. onion diced fine
1-2 garlic cloves diced fine
1 sml!. green pepper diced
salt,pepper/oregano/garlic powder/basil/(I use dried herbs and/or sometimes fresh herbs)
2 slices of bread (crust cut off)
1 egg beaten
1/4cup milk
1 can /jar pasta sauce
2cups (or more) *Cheddar cheese!.!.!.!.(or mozzerella)
grated parmesean (optional)
In large pot of boiling salted water (also a lil bit of oil in water)
add one layer =7 manacotti shells
cook for 6-7min!.!.!.so they are still a bit firm !.!.but slightly soft (read pkg on box !.!.do not overcook the shells, they'll fall apart!.!.and stir every so often so pasta doesn't stick to bottom of pot!.!.!.!.!.remove with Tongs* carefully onto a plate
add next 7 to Boiling water!.!.!.!.!.!.repeat!.!.!.!.remove with tongs, onto plate* let cool
IN large fry pan, add ground beef, cook till browned!.!.!.!.!.!.drain!.!.!.!.add back to pan!.!.!.!.add diced onion, cook for 2-3min!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.add diced green pepper!.!.!.again cook for a few min!.!.!.!.!.add garlic sliced!.!.!.add seasonings!.!.!.!.stirring*!.!.!.!.!.cook for a few more minutes then remove from stove!.
pour into Large bowl let cool somewhat!.
remove crust from 2 slices of bread!.!.then slice up bread into thin strips then into sml!.cubes!.!.!.
put into bowl, add a lil bit of milk to slightly cover bread(not too much, you want the milk to absorbe into the bread!.!.let sit for 5min (if still too much milk, drain off bread)

PREHEAT OVEN 350F
put in preheat 350F oven for 50min!.!.!.!.!.take out of oven place ontop of a towel!.!.!.!.!.!.let rest for 5min before removing the tinfoil*(careful it's quite steamy hot when removing the tinfoil)

I made some tagliatelle with 5 different kinds of mushrooms sauteed in wine and garlic, they are all still talking about it and it was like 2 years ago!.!.!. If you can make the pasta yourself!. Just run it through the machine and when its the right thinness, fold in on itself and cut with a knife in 1 inch widths across!. Sautee the mushrooms in a searing hot pan with olive oil and butter, splash the wine and garlic in and remove from heat, even if it looks watery!. Just before the pasta is done cooking, throw it in the pan and cook it for another couple minutes!. The flour from the pasta actually helps absorb and thicken the sauce from the mushrooms!. Grate over the parmesan while they are sitting at the table and crack the pepper over their dish, so they can get the point that its not out of a bottle LOLWww@FoodAQ@Com

1/8 c!. salt
1 tsp!. black pepper
2 tbsp!. sugar
2 tbsp!. curry powder
1/2 can (6 oz!.) coconut milk
2 tbsp!. chopped onion
1 tsp!. chopped garlic
2 lbs!. potatoes (reg!. or sweet)
6 tbsp!. oil
Cut chicken into square chunks of 2 inches and marinate with salt, sugar and pepper!. Cut potatoes into chunks smaller than chicken!. Deep-fry potatoes in hot oil about 5 minutes!.
Pour about 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, wait 1 minute for oil to get hot!. Put onion in and stir fry about a minute less (DO NOT OVERDO)!.
Add garlic and chicken at the same time and sauté chicken for 10 minutes!. Add curry powder and continue sautéing for another 10 minutes!. Then pour everything into a pot!. Add water enough to cover mixture!. Cook 15 minutes at medium-low heat!. Cook another 10 minutes after adding potatoes!.
Finally, pour coconut milk in and mix well!. Remove from heat!. Serve hot with French bread

1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
2 bay leaves
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
2 cups ricotta cheese
1 8-oz carton sour cream
2 tablespoons dried parsley or 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1 cup grated Romano cheese, divided
2 (8-oz) packages mozzarella cheese slices
Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions!. Dran; set aside!. Cook ground beef, garlic, and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until meat is browned, stirring to crumble!. Drain well!. Wipe pan drippings from skillet with a paper towel!. Combine tomato paste and next 6 ingredients in skillet; stir in meat!. This is a classic standby menu- but can be pricey depending on if salmon is on sale!. Good Luck!
BLACKENED SALMON
? lb!. (3 sticks) unsalted butter, melted in a skillet
6 fish fillets ? to ? inch thick
Seasoning mix: ( or by Zatarains or Tony’s creole seasoning mix)
3 tbsp!. sweet paprika
3 tsp!. Salt
3 tsp!. Onion powder
3 tsp!. Garlic powder
1 tsp!. Ground red pepper (preferably cayenne)
1 tsp!. White pepper
1 tsp!. Black pepper
1 ? tsp!. Dried thyme leaves
1 ? tsp!. Dried oregano leaves
Heat a large cast-iron skillet over very high heat until it is beyond the smoking stage and you see white ash in the skillet bottom (the skillet cannot be too hot for this dish), at least 10 minutes!.
Meanwhile, pour 2 tablespoons melted butter in each of 6 small ramekins; set aside and keep warm!. Reserve the remaining butter in its skillet!. Heat the serving plates in a 250 degrees oven!.
Thoroughly combine the seasoning mix ingredients in a small bowl!. Dip each fillet in the reserved melted butter so that both sides are well coated; then sprinkle seasoning mix generously and evenly on both sides of the fillets; patting it in by hand!. Place in the hot skillet and pour 1 teaspoon melted butter on top of each fillet (be careful, as the butter may flame up)!. Cook, uncovered, over the same high heat until the underside looks charred, about 2 minutes (the time will vary according to the fillet's thickness and the heat of the skillet)!. Turn the fish over and again pour 1 teaspoon butter on top; cook until fish is done, about 2 minutes more!. Repeat with remaining fillets!. Serve each fillet while piping hot!.
To serve, place one fillet and a ramekin of butter on each heating serving plate!.
Buttered Noodles
1 package (12 ounces) dried egg noodles
1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) butter, preferably unsalted
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Cook the noodles in lightly salted water according to package directions!. Drain and return to pot!. Heat the butter in a small saucepan over medium-high heat until brown, watching carefully to make sure it doesn't burn!. Pour the butter over the noodles!. Add salt, pepper and parsley; stir until well-combined!. Serve immediately!.

Ingredients:

Yogurt chicken
Ingredients:
1 cup yogurt
1 tbspn lemon zest
1 1/2 tbspn lemon juice
2 tbspn oregano (chopped)
2 tbspn parsley (chopped)
1 clove garlic (chopped)
Salt to taste
Pepper (ground) to taste
4 whole chicken breast (skin removed)
Procedure:
1!. Make a mixture of yogurt, lemon zest and juice, pepper, parsley, garlic, salt and oregano
2!. Marinate chicken pieces with ? yogurt mixture!.
3!. Leave chicken for 2-3 hours in refrigerator make sure the chicken is covered well (air tight)!.
4!. Preheat oven at 375oF and put chicken in the oven for 30 minutes!.
5!. To give some color to the chicken turn on the upper stove of oven (grill) and cook till chicken become brown in color!.
Serving: Garnish with rest of yogurt mixture!.

Fried Rice
Ingredients:
? Kg rice
? cup cabbage chopped
? cup carrot chopped
? cup capsicum chopped
? cup spring onion
? cup boil shredded chicken (optional)
Salt to taste
1 tspn black pepper
1 tspn white pepper
1 tbpsn soya sauce
1 tbspn chili sauce
1 tbspn Worcestershire sauce
1 tpsn oyster sauce
1 tspn Chinese salt
3 tbspn oil
Procedure:
