no !.!.!. take it back!. Most reputable grocery stores will give you a new one!.!.!.!.!. and, also e-mail Ritz and tell them!. They'll probably send you coupons tooWww@FoodAQ@Com

YEAH ^^
either the whole box got shooked throughout its journey from the factory to the supermarket causing the crackers to break into pieces or someone who wanted to buy but decide not to just dumped it fiercely back to its shelf!.

on the package they give you a number to call them if you have any comments and an email!.^^Www@FoodAQ@Com

It should not be normal, but probably the result of rough handling!.

It may be worth your while composing a long winded letter of complaint and sending it to the address on the packet!.

Many years ago, I complained to the manufacturer of Wine Gums, about the ratio of black ones to other colours!. They sent back a polite explanatory letter, along with some free samples!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, every box I buy always has lots of broken ones in it!. Funnily enough, if you buy them in the smaller tubular packets they're usually all fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
