I tend to slow roast mine!. Get a roasting pan and put the rack in the bottom and add just enough water to reach just below the bottom of the rack!. Take the rib and season them with Seasoned Salt and Black Pepper then place on the rack!. Cover completly with Saran Wrap!.
Preheat oven to 200 and place ribs inside for 2 hours!.
After removing the ribs allow to cool on stove top for one hour!.
After cooling unwrap and rub with partially melted butter and wrap in saran wrap placing in refrigerator overnight!.
When ready to grill grill over low to medium heat turning every meat side down for 15 minutes then turning over for the final 15 minutes meat side up!. Drench in your favorite BBQ sauce (I recommend Cattleman's Classic) let cook for 5 to 10 more minutes and plate them up and dig in!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Dear Mini,
This is an interesting question, because the weather here was so nice today, so I bar-b-qued ribs, steak and chicken today!.
I marinated beef ribs and chicken for two days!. They were marinated in a mixture of crushed garlic, lots of paprika, seasoned red pepper, red vinegar, and extra virgin olive oil!. I didn't measure anything; I just added the quantity that I wanted!.
Making sure the coals are properly heated is important, also!. They should be ashed over and at a single layer!.
I only put down the lid on the bar-b-que grill, twice!.
Everything turned out very well!. The ribs were moist, took a short time to cook, and were flavorful!.
I hope this has been helpful

I start mine on the grill, get the grill marks and the flavor, then finish in the oven!. Cover with foil and bake 325 for 2 hrs!. I wouldn't boil them at all!. Boiled meat is just gross!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

RIBS are especially good!.
No pre-boiling!.!.!.!.no baking!.!.!.!.!.

I found another variation!.!.!.!.!.omit the catsup and add a small jar of Salsa (any variety)!.
I have tried using Salsa (omitting the catsup!.!.!.!.not)!.
You'd think a recipe with only '3' ingredients couldn't be messed up!.!.!.!.wouldn't you!?!?
Well!.!.!.while I was preparing to fix the 'Cola Chicken' recipe

Finally!.!.!.!.!! I fixed the 'SALSA' chicken!.!.!.!.!.!.that's good , too!.
Another (bright)idea!.!.!.!.!.I thought of trying!.!.!.!.!.!.replace the
catsup with a bottle of Shrimp Cocktail Sauce!.!.!.and add a bag of (pop corn) shrimp!.!.!.!.!.!
Fixed the shrimp with cocktail sauce!.!.!.!.!.!.eh!.!.!.wasn't all that
great!.!.!.was OK!.!.!.probably won't be fixing it again!.
also tried beef stew cuts!.!.!.!.!.!.that was pretty good!.!.!.!.!.I can see
