Answers:
Fromage frais is French for "fresh cheese"!. Since it is fresh it has to be made locally where you live in the world!. You could try substituting cream cheese, or use a local white unaged cheese!. Where I live there is a "basket cheese" that is available around holiday times that is similiar!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

its a kinda of resh cheeseWww@FoodAQ@Com

should be cream cheese or yoghurt depending on what your makingWww@FoodAQ@Com

real animal fresh cheese, nice!Www@FoodAQ@Com

artisan cheese shops might have them!.!.!. i've never seen it before, but i guess they come in tubs/containers!. it's going to be a very soft cheese!.!. probably similar to ricotta!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's a kind of liquid unsolidified cheese similar to strained, creamy (Greek style) yogurt, usually has some cream added to boost fat content!.

I suppose if you can't find it you could use a creamy yogurt as a substitute!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
