also as yummy and tempting as Tuna in oil can be !.!.!. avoid eating it as an everyday meal!.!.!.!.!. but if you serve it with some addition vegetables for a salad plate !.!.thats even better than eating it plain !.!.!.!.!.

Tuna in water has less fat but if you are allergic to dairy - it contains casein which is a milk by-product!. So, if no milk allergies, water is better of the two!.

You do know they also sell tuna in the packages without water or oil!? I understand those have the best flavor of all but are pricier!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
