take a 13x9 in!. cake pan!. Spray with PAM!. Peel and thinly slice potatoes to 1/4 in slices!. Place on bottom of pan!. Make a mixture of corn meal, a little flour, oregano, grill seasoning, pepper, pizza pepper, cinnamon, and any other seasonings you may have!. Sprinkle a little on the potatoes!. Save the rest for chicken!. Cut and place carrots, celery, around pan!. Coat chicken with rest of corn meal mix!. Place in pan!. Drain a can of corn and put in pan!. Open a can of Whole peeled tomatoes and tomato sauce and pour over!. Use your imagination for future recipies!. Add little bit of water!. Cover with foil paper and bake at 375-400 for 1 and a half hours!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Meatloaf is one of my favorite recipes - served with mashed potatoes and whole green beans or steamed baby carrots!.
Meatloaf
3 pounds ground beef
3 large eggs
1/2 to 3/4 cup Italian style bread crumbs
1 packet Lipton's Onion or Beefy Onion Soup Mix
1 can sliced mushrooms - drained
1/2 cup sliced black olives
2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
1 tablespoon A-1 sauce
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup shredded cheese - I use a combination of Cheddar, Italian Blend and Pepper-Jack cheeses or whatever I have on hand
Mix all ingredients, form into a loaf in a loaf pan, bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours!.
Cherry glazed chicken breasts:
1 can cherry pie filling
4 boneless chicken breasts
Heat oven to 350 degrees F!. Place the chicken breasts in a glass baking pan that has been sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray like Pam!. Spoon just enough of the cherry pie filling over the chicken to cover lightly!. Place pan into oven and cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes spreading more of the pie filling over the chicken every 15 minutes!.
This is very easy and you get a nice moist chicken breast!. This also works well for Cornish game hens and pork chops!.
Serve with a rice pilaf, white rice, mashed potatoes or roasted potatoes and a steamed veggie like whole green beans, baby carrots, broccoli or corn!.

Cheese tortellini with marinara sauce, a green side salad, and home made potato wedges (toss cut up potatoes with olive oil and seasoning salt and bake until the outside is nice and golden brown!. Kind of a carb-filled meal, but a nice way to start a weekend!Www@FoodAQ@Com
For like 3-4 hours, in a big pot, you can boil beef,carrots,potatoes,celery and onions!.Serve it with some rice and you're good!. and for something even better, add corn!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
