Chadolbaggi???!
boyfriend recently tried a strange looking product called chadolbaggi and since has been wanting to reproduce it at home!. it's what i would describe as very thin strips of beef with quite a lot of fat!.!.presumably for dipping into sauce when fried!. has anyone ever tried making it from scratch!? is there more to it than just slicing beef!?!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I haven't heard of it before!. What country does this dish come from!?
Edit: I did searches using the alternate spellings Chadolbaegi and Chadolbagi, and it looks like you just grill it!. It seems to be used in korean soups, stews, and jabchae as an ingredient as well!. Some people mentioned lightly dipping the cooked beef in a sesame oil/salt mixture!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
