Question: My barbeque is not reaching as high of a temperature as when I first puchased it,what are some possible issues
Answers:
A) Its not your barbecue, its your gas tank!. Check that its full and functioning properly, sounds like it might not be allowing enough gas out!. See if you can swap it and test that!.

B) There might be a leak in the hose, replace that or duct tape the whole damn thing to oblivion and try again!.

C) Are all the flames that are supposed to be lit on!? Are they just low or are they not there at all!. If they are low its a problem with the gas, if there are some unlit you might have blockages from unknown cruds which need to be cleaned out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Probably just dirty!. Take everything apart and clean it out, all the little tubes where the propane comes through and everything (could be rusty, or bugs may have made nests in them)!. You can buy tools to clean it at any hardware store!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

could be the main part in the bbq!.!.The Burner- * perhaps that is gone so isn't heating up properly*-look at the mechanism to see if it's really rusted out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You didn't say if it's gas, electric or charcoal!.If it's gas you can try cleaning out all the holes in the burner, disconnect and clean with air hose if possible, otherwise disconnect and clean each hole with a small screwdriver, bounce it up and down a couple of times and shake out trash!.Make sure lid closes well,if this doesn't work pull all that crap out and put an old pan in the bottom and fill with Kingsford charcoal and follow directions on the bag!.Then find out how food's supposed to taste!Www@FoodAQ@Com
