6 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Cut chicken breast into 1 inch strips!. Heat a large non-stick skillet that has been sprayed with Pam, over medium-high heat!. Cook chicken strips for about 6 minutes until no longer pink!. Mix together honey, soy sauce, water, corn starch, ginger and red pepper flakes!. Whisk until no corn starch lumps appear!. Pour sauce mixture into skillet with chicken!. Cook until sauce thickens slightly!. You can add more water if sauce is too thick!. Sprinkle with sesame seeds!. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until chicken starts to soak up the sauce!.

PREPARATION:
Toast the sesame seeds and set aside!.
Cut the chicken into 1-inch cubes!. Mix the marinade ingredients and marinate the chicken for 20 minutes!.
To prepare the sauce: mix together all of the sauce ingredients!. Pour them into a small pot and bring to a boil, stirring continuously!.
Turn the heat down to low and keep warm while you are deep-frying the chicken!.
To deep-fry the chicken: add the marinated chicken pieces a few at a time, and deep-fry until golden brown!. Drain on paper towels!. Repeat with the remainder of the chicken!.

Ingredients:
6 chicken thighs
1/3 cup lime juice
2 stalks lemon grass, pounded
2 hot red chilies, seeded and chopped
3" piece ginger root, peeled and minced
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp!. salt
1/8 tsp!. white pepper
Preparation:
Place chicken pieces, skin side up, in baking dish!. Cut several slashes across each piece with a sharp knife, cutting through the skin into the flesh!.
In small bowl, combine lime juice, lemon grass, chilies, ginger, onion, garlic, honey, salt, and pepper and mix well to blend!. Pour this mixture over chicken, making sure some of the mixture settles into the slits cut into the chicken!. Cover and marinate for 1-8 hours!.

breadcrumbs, for breading
salt and pepper, for seasoning
1 (20 ounce) can drained pineapple chunks (save juice)
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 dash ginger
1 tablespoon dried onions
1 teaspoon orange zest
2-4 tablespoons sesame seeds
soy sauce
Preheat oven to 400!.
Dip chicken slices in milk and then bread crumbs!.
Brown in melted butter over medium heat!.
Season with salt and pepper and remove chicken to baking dish!.
Place chicken uncovered in 400 degree oven for 20-30 minutes!.
For the Sauce: Add reserved juice to pan drippings!.
Add brown sugar, ginger, dried onion, orange zest, sesame seeds and soy sauce to taste!.
Cook until syrupy and add pineapple chunks!.
