i cant seem to find a good homemade honey garlic sauce to make for ribs anyone know any good ones!? also any other rib recipes would help me out since i intend on having a few different choices in case someone doesnt like honey garlic!. And i will be choosing a best answer so please help+Www@FoodAQ@Com

Honey Garlic Ribs

INGREDIENTS
4 pounds pork spareribs
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon garlic salt

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)!.
Slice the ribs into individual pieces!. In a large bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and brown sugar!. Stir until honey and sugar are completely dissolved, then stir in the baking soda!. The mixture will begin to foam!. Transfer ribs to the bowl, and turn to coat!.
Cover a cookie sheet with foil, and arrange the ribs meat side up on the sheet!. Pour excess sauce over all, and sprinkle with the garlic salt!.
Bake for 1 hour, turning every 20 minutes!.




Regular Ribs

INGREDIENTS
4 pounds pork spareribs
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup rum
1/2 cup chile sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 dash ground black pepper


DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)!. Cut spareribs into serving size portions, wrap in double thickness of foil, and bake for 1 1/2 hours!. Unwrap, and drain drippings!. Place ribs in a large roasting pan!.
In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, rum, chile sauce, garlic, mustard, and pepper!. Coat ribs with sauce and marinate at room temperature for 1 hour, or refrigerate overnight!.
Preheat grill for medium heat!. Position grate four inches above heat source!.
Brush grill grate with oil!. Place ribs on grill, and cook for 30 minutes, basting with marinade!.
Note

You can also bake the ribs for 30 minutes for the final step, basting with sauce while cooking!.

there you go, best way to cook ribs is to smoke them in a water smoker, take your time and dont sause them until they are completly cooked or the sause can burn!. I use a rib rub that Bandanas sells but the most importent thing is that you like itWww@FoodAQ@Com

honey garlic sauce
1 cube vegetable bouillon
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons vegetarian Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon dried minced onion flakes
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon white sugar
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 slice lemon
1/4 cup honey
4 cloves garlic, minced


Dissolve vegetable bouillon in boiling water!.
In a large saucepan over medium heat combine vegetable broth, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, onion flakes, salt, sugar, cayenne pepper, oil, lemon, honey and garlic!. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
