What is the best main dish served with candied yams?!

Question: What is the best main dish served with candied yams!?
I don't have turkey right now!. So any answers that don't involve turkey would be much appreciated!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would say pork is a great idea because pork is sometimes paired with things like applesauce and sweet chutneys, so a sweeter side dish like candied yams would compliment it well!. Personally I ADORE these, a little butter, some brown sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon, and bake until sweet goodness!!! I just had some last night, I was talking to my Mom on the phone and she said she thought I was nuts because "people only eat those during the holidays", it's nice to see I am not the only one that enjoys them year round!! I would also suggest Chicken as a welcome change, even a nice piece of delicate Halibut would be beautiful with this dish, hell if you can't decide on something, just eat them by themselves!!! Good Luck and Happy Feasting!!
