Vegetable Manchurian

Ingredients
Cabbage - 2 cups (grated)
Carrot - 1/2 cup (grated)
Onion - 1 medium sized
Garlic - 1 tbsp (chopped fine)
Green Chillies - 4 (chopped)
Cornflour - 3 tbsp
Soya Sauce - 1 1/2 tbsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Ajinimoto - 1/2 tsp
Salt

Method
Squeeze out water from grated cabbage & carrot!.
Add 2 tbsp cornflour and make balls!.
Deep fry these balls and keep aside!.
Heat oil in a saucepan, add chopped onion, garlic & green chillies!.
Saute until onions are transparent!.
Add pepper, salt, ajinomoto, soya sauce, sugar and some water and let boil!.
In the remaining cornflour, add some cold water and make a paste!.
Add this paste to the boiling liquid and thicken the sauce!.
Add deep fried balls and cook for 3-5 mins!.
Serve hot with noodles!.

(After squeezing out the water, make sure that the grated cabbage & carrot are moist enough to shape into balls!. If they appear too dry, add 1 beaten egg or maida floor and make balls )Www@FoodAQ@Com
