try fat-free yogurt w/fresh fruit mixed in along w/ egg beaters scrambled (toss in some diced veggies like bell peppers,onions,and broccoli florets) and you've got a perfect fat-free meal!! the original egg beaters mix has no fat in it!.
to drink try crystal light orange sunrise beverage or fat-free milk
you could also make up a smoothie

Well every now and then I like to splurge and I will make my family breakfast burritos!.
Cubed potatoes seasoned and cooked, sausage and bacon cooked and cut into pieces then tossed into the seasoned potatoes!. Add eggs to potatoes and meat and cook until eggs are scrambled/cooked!. Add cheese on top and put into cooked tortillaWww@FoodAQ@Com
