Question: Where do I cut the stick of butter so it's 1/3 cup!?
The butter I have doesn't have 1/3 marked off!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
1/3 cup of butter is 5 1/3 Tbsp!. So go to the 5 Tbsp mark and eyeball the extra 1/3 Tbsp!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Stick butter!? Visually divide the butter into thirds and slice!.
A little bit more or less won't matter!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well, weigh the stick of butter!. One cup is 250 ml (or grams) so if the stick is 500g, then cut it in half!. Or whatever the maths would work out to be for your particular stick!.

if has 1/4 marked then a little before that lineWww@FoodAQ@Com

if you must use exactly a third ,measure the stick, divide by three and mark that measurement and cut ,although if you were to use just slightly less that 1/2 cup it wont make any difference or even a quarter cup wouldn't hurt eitherWww@FoodAQ@Com

It should measure out to 5 and 1/4 tablespoons!. 1/4 cup=4 tablespoons and 1/2=8 tablespoonsWww@FoodAQ@Com

The stick is only 1/2 cup, so 3/4 of the stick will be between 1/4 c!. and 1/2 c!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.(6 TB)Www@FoodAQ@Com

a little less then the one half mark!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Between 1/4 and 1/2 markings!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
